Amendments and Additions No.2 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.08/2021 dated March 09, 2021. These Amendments and Additions No.2 come into force on March 29, 2021.

Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.41/2020 dated October 07, 2020. These alterations come into force on October 22, 2020.

Amendments No.4 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.19/2020 dated June 15, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as amendments and additions No.4). These alterations and amendments No.4 come into force on June 15, 2020.

Amendments No.2 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.33/2019 dated September 30, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as amendments and additions No.2). These alterations and amendments No.2 come into force on October 16, 2019.

Amendments and Additions No.1 to the Tariffs (Base and Reduced) for Retail Business Transactions. Approved by Minutes of the Management Board of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) No.47/2019 dated august, 2019 and come into force on august 21, 2019.

Amendments and Additions No.1 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.29/2019 dated September 02, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as amendments and additions No.1). These alterations and amendments No.1 come into force on September 16, 2019.

Regulations on general conditions of conducting banking and other operations at Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) approved by Minutes of the Board of Directors No.15/2019 dated 30 April 2019. These Rules are valid from 10 May, 2019.

Since the entry into force of the present Regulations, Regulations "Of general terms of conducting banking and other operations at Subsidiary VTB Bank Joint Stock Company (Kazakhstan)" have been terminated, which were approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank dated December 20, 2017 (Protocol No.25/2017), with amendments and supplements No. 1 approved by the Protocol of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 08/2018 dated April 19, 2018, with amendments and supplements No.2 approved by the Protocol of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 09/2018 dated April 30, 2018, with amendments and supplements No. 3 approved by the Protocol of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 14/2018 dated July 09, 2018, with amendments and supplements No. 4 approved by the Protocol of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 21/2018 dated November 05, 2018, with amendments and supplements No. 5 approved by the Protocol of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 2/2019 dated January 30, 2019.

Amendments and Additions No.5 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.24/2019 dated January 10, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.5). These alterations and amendments No.5 come into force on February 14, 2019. Since entering into force of specified Sections of Annex 2 to the Rules, the Section 1 “Tariffs for settlement and cash services for legal entities/individual entrepreneurs/farm households (except banks)” is terminated.

Amendments and Additions No.4 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.24/2018 dated November 05, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.4). These alterations and amendments No.4 come into force on November 08, 2018, with the exception of Section 1-1 “Tariffs for settlement and cash services for the legal entities (large-scale business less the banks)” and Section 1-2 “Tariffs for settlement and cash services for the legal entities/individual entrepreneurs/farm households (less the banks) (small and medium-sized businesses)” of Annex 2 to the Rules, which come into force as of December 15, 2018. Since entering into force of specified Sections of Annex 2 to the Rules, the Section 1 “Tariffs for settlement and cash services for legal entities/individual entrepreneurs/farm households (except banks)” is terminated.

Amendments and Additions No.3 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.14/2018 dated July, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.3). These alterations and amendments No.3 come into force on July 31, 2018.

Fees for Agreements made between 16 May 2018 and 31 July 2018:

Amendments and Additions No.2 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.09/2018 dated April 30, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.2). These alterations and amendments No.2 come into force on May 16, 2018.

Fees for Agreements made between 04 May 2018 and 12 June 2018:

Amendments and Additions No.1 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.08/2018 dated April, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.1). These alterations and amendments No.1 come into force on May 04, 2018.

Fees for Agreements made between 05 January 2018 and 04 May 2018:

Regulations on general conditions of conducting banking and other operations at Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) approved by Minutes of the Board of Directors No.25/2017 dated 20 December, 2017. These Rules are valid from 05 January, 2018., except for subparagraphs 2.1., 2.2., 2.3 of paragraph 2 and subparagraph 5.1.1 of paragraph 5 of Section 1 “Tariffs for Settlement and Cash Services for Individuals” and subparagraphs 1.2.5 and 1.2.6 of paragraph 1 of Section 3 “Tariffs for Credit transactions for Individuals” of Appendix 1 to this Regulation, which comes into force on January 03, 2018.

Fees for Agreements made between 30 September 2018 and 05 January 2018:

Amendments and Additions No.5 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.22/2017 dated October 26, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.5). These alterations and amendments No.5 come into force on November 09, 2017, except the clause 1.2.6 Section 3 «Tariffs on credit operations for natural persons», that come into force on October 26, 2017.

Amendments and Additions No.4 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.13/2017 dated June 30, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.4). These alterations and amendments No. 4 come into force on June 30, 2017, However, the amendments made to SECTION 3. “Tariffs on Credit Operations for Individuals” of Appendix 1 to the Regulations do not cover credit applications accepted before these Amendments No.4 come into effect.

Amendments and Additions No.5 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.19/2016 dated June 27, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.5). These Amendments and Additions No.5 come into legal force on July 7, 2016.

Amendments and Additions No.4 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.9/2016 dated April 21, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.4). These Amendments and Additions No.4 come into legal force on May 5, 2016.

Amendments and Additions No.3 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.6/2016 dated March 14, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.3).

These Amendments and Additions No.3 come into legal force on March 25, 2016.

Amendments and Additions No.2 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.03/2016 dated February 12, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.2). These Amendments and Additions No.2 come into legal force on February 26, 2016.

Amendments and Additions No.1 to the Regulations on General Terms and Conditions of Banking and Other Operations in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No.40/2015 dated December 31, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No.1). These Amendments and Additions No.1 come into legal force on January 1, 2016.

Regulations on general conditions of conducting banking and other operations at Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) approved by Minutes of the Board of Directors No.38/2015 dated 04 December 2015. These Rules are valid from 22 December, 2015.

Since the entry into force of the present Regulations, Regulations "Of general terms of conducting banking and other operations at Subsidiary VTB Bank Joint Stock Company (Kazakhstan)" have been terminated, which were approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank dated June 26, 2015 (Protocol No.19/2015), with amendments and supplements No. 1 and No.2 approved by the Protocol of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 22/2015 dated August 11, 2015 ,with amendments and supplements No. 3 approved by the Protocol of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 24/2015 dated September 16, 2015, with amendments and supplements No. 4 approved by the Protocol of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 28/2015 dated September 30, 2015, with amendments and supplements No. 5 approved by the Protocol of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 31/2015 dated October 30, 2015
