Contribution opened according to legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as – «RK») on execution of labor and professional activities of foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Guarantee payment for labor force imported to the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to ensure return of foreign specialists and workers to the country of their residence upon expiration of employment contract. |

Deposit period |
From the date of enrollment of deposit amount to the savings account and it is valid until submission to the Bank by the Depositor of written permission of authorized body on employment issues for return of the Deposit to the depositor or until occurrence of other conditions provided in the Contract of bank deposit |
