Working hours in the holiday period

Please be informed that for lending to individuals, VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) offices will work according to the following schedule:
• May 03 - from 09:00 to 18:00;
• May 07 - from 09:00 to 18:00;
• May 10 - from 09:00 to 18:00.
Other services will be available from 09:00 to 18:00 hours on working days, according to the schedule established by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the transfer of holidays in 2021.
