Dear customers!
We wish you a Happy New Year and inform you that:
• On December 29, 2023, cash desks in branches of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) will work from 9:00 to 13:00. After 13:00 Astana time, all expenditure transactions for individuals and legal entities (withdrawal and replenishment of current, settlement, card and deposit accounts, issuance of loans) will not be available to the customers.
• Days off are from December 30, 2023, to January 2, 2024, inclusive.
• On January 3, 2024, the branches will operate in the standard mode – from 9:00 to 18:00.
