"The quality of service and timely resolution of financial issues remain our top priority. Understanding the importance of access to funds on Mir cards, we continue to service them in full in Kazakhstan. This year we have doubled our ATM network to service cards of the Russian payment system. Today our clients have an opportunity to issue a virtual card "Mir" in VTB (Kazakhstan), with the help of which it will be convenient to make necessary online transactions. At the beginning of next year we will implement the possibility of issuing the card in plastic", - commented Stanislav Koziakov, Director of the Retail Business Department of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).

VTB (Kazakhstan) serves both its own cards "Mir" and cards issued by other banks in the whole territory of the country. Their holders can withdraw any amount from ATMs without restrictions on the number of transactions.

Cash withdrawal fee for the VTB (Kazakhstan) Mir virtual card at ATMs and bank branches is 1% and at other Kazakhstan and foreign banks is 2%. Minimum fee is 500 tenge.
