Renewed system of remote banking services for legal entities allows clients of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) to receive a wide range of banking services without visiting the bank's branches, which is especially important during a pandemic.
Bank's clients have access to the functions that have already become traditional: making transfers in national and foreign currency, buying or selling foreign currency online, viewing the loan repayment schedule and the current state of debt, receiving statements, viewing account balances online and much more. An additional functionality for managing corporate card accounts has also appeared, the ability to select the most convenient means of confirming transfers for the client has been added: through one-time SMS passwords or EDS. Service allows the bank's clients to independently customize the personal account menu according to individual parameters. In addition, the VTB Business Online system meets all the increased information security requirements.
- Today, almost all key banking operations are available online to our corporate clients. Launch of the new Internet banking platform is another significant step in modernizing our remote service channels. The updated system is omnichannel and more comfortable for the client. This will allow launching a mobile version of online banking in the very near future. Digitalization of products and services is one of the key directions of the bank's development, - said Igor Li, member of the Management Board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).
The list of services of the new system “Internet banking for legal entities” is constantly expanding. In the nearest future, the function of online submission of applications for the issuance of a credit line, the formation of online certificates, the opening of bank deposits and much more will be launched. The bank will inform about the launch of new functions additionally.
