Special options: Assignment (transfer) of rights under the deposit certificate
The Bank envisages the possibility of assigning (transferring) the rights under the Certificate to another individual on the grounds of documents confirming the transaction for transferring the rights to the Certificate, for example, sale and purchase, assignment of claim, donation, exchange agreement, etc.
The Bank shall conclude a supplementary contract to the Sale and Purchase Agreement with the Customer. The terms and conditions related to the issue and circulation of the Certificate (circulation term of the Certificate, nominal value of the Certificate, amount, and method of interest calculation) shall not be changed, except for the identification data of the new holder to whom the Certificate ownership rights are transferred.
Interest on the Certificate, the rights to which have been assigned (transferred), shall be accrued to the new holder from the day following the date of crediting the Certificate to the customer’s (new holder’s) personal account. The title to the Certificate shall arise for the holder from the moment the Certificate is credited to his/her personal account.
To issue the Certificate or document the right of assignment, the Customer shall apply to the bank branch with the identity document of a resident/non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
