Bank insiders

In this section you can familiarize yourself with the List of Insider Information of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan), the rights and obligations of Bank insiders, methods of disclosing insider information and other important aspects related to insider information of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan).

Notifications of transactions carried out by an insider must be sent to Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) no later than 3 (three) calendar days according to the attached form (Notification of a transaction carried out by an Insider of the issuer (Bank)) in one of the following ways:

• By post;
• By courier.
