Mobile banking

Any customer of the Bank can activate mobile banking, it is necessary to have an open bank account or a payment card of Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan); you can complete the registration procedure without visiting the Bank, it is enough to enter the following parameters:

1.    Individual identification number (IIN);
2.    Details of payment card or account number;
3.    Mobile phone number registered with the Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).

Mobile banking provides the following types of services:

·         Account management;

·         Payments to service providers;

·         Card transfers:

−        From payment cards of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) to cards of any bank, including foreign cards;

−        To VTB cards from other cards;

−        Between different payment cards;

·         Interbank transfers inside and outside the Bank;

·         Opening of deposits and current accounts;

·         Currency conversion;

·         Management of card limits;

·         SMS/3D Secure management;

·         Search for Bank branches and ATMs;

·         PUSH-notification settings;

·         Online chat with the Bank (24/7), etc.

The application supports Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
