Amendments and additions No. 14 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations in Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated September 17, 2025 No. 19/2025.

Amendments and additions No. 13 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations in Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated 07/08/2025 No. 14/2025.

Amendments and additions No. 12 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations in Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated 02.06.2025 No. 10/2025.

Amendments and additions No. 11 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations in Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated March 17, 2025 No. 03/2025.

Amendments and additions No. 10 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations in Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated November 1, 2024 No. 33/2024.

Changes and additions have been made to Appendix 1 to the Rules in the following sections:

Information on changes in tariffs for clients - legal entities/peasant (farmer) households/individual entrepreneurs/notaries/lawyers/private bailiffs and professional mediators

Amendments and additions No. 9 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations in Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated October 1, 2024 No. 26/2024.

These changes and additions to the Rules come into force on October 21, 2024.

Changes and additions have been made to Appendix 1 to the Rules in the following sections:

SECTION 1. Tariffs for settlement and cash services for legal entities/peasant (farmer) households/individual entrepreneurs/notaries/lawyers/private bailiffs and professional mediators (for clients served at the Bank’s head office)” for large business clients;

SECTION 1-2.

SECTION 3. Tariffs for documentary and credit transactions for legal entities/individual entrepreneurs/peasant farms (except for banks) belonging to the Large Business segment.

Changes and additions have been made to Appendix 3 “Limit values ​​of tariffs for conducting banking operations for medium and small businesses in Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)”) to the Rules.

Changes and additions have been made to Appendix 4 “Limit values ​​of tariffs for settlement and cash services for large businesses” to the Rules.

Amendments and additions No. 8 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations in Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan), approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated April 30, 2024 No. 10/2024.

Amendments and additions No. 7 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations in Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan), approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated March 7, 2024 No. 05/2024.

Amendments and additions No. 6 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 35/2023 dated December 29, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments No. 6).

Changes and additions to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 44/2022 dated October 21, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).

Amendments and additions No. 6 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 40/2022 dated September 16, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments No. 6).

Amendments and additions No. 5 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 34/2022 dated July 28, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments No. 5).

Amendments and additions No. 4 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 49/2021 dated December 24, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments No. 4).

Amendments and additions No. 3 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 23/2021 dated June 24, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments No. 3).

Changes and additions No. 2 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 08/2021 dated March 09, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments No. 2).

The rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 41/2020 dated October 7, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).

Amendments No. 5 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 23/2020 dated July 13, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments No. 5).

The rates below are valid until 05.10.2020

Amendments No. 2 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 33/2019 dated September 30, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments No. 2).

Changes No. 1 to tariffs (basic, preferential) for retail business transactions were approved by the minutes of the Board No. 47 dated August 20, 2019 and come into force on August 21, 2019.

Amendments and additions No. 1 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 29/2019 dated September 2, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 1).

The rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 15/2019 dated April 30, 2019.

From the moment these Rules come into force, the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of the Subsidiary of the Joint Stock Company VTB Bank (Kazakhstan), approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 25/2017 dated December 20, 2017, with amendments and additions No. 1, approved by the minutes of the Board of Directors No. 08/2018 dated April 19, 2018, with amendments and additions No.

Amendments and additions No. 5 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 2/2019 dated January 30, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 5).

Amendments and additions No. 4 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 21/2018 dated November 5, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 4).

Amendments and additions No. 3 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 14/2018 dated July 9, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 3).

Tariffs for contracts concluded from May 16, 2018 to July 31, 2018:

Amendments and additions No. 2 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 09/2018 dated April 30, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 2).

Tariffs for contracts concluded from May 4, 2018 to May 16, 2018:

Amendments and additions No. 1 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 08/2018 dated April 19, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 1).

Tariffs for contracts concluded from January 5, 2018 to May 4, 2018:

The rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 25/2017 dated December 20, 2017.

Tariffs for contracts concluded from September 30, 2016 to January 5, 2018.

Amendments and additions No. 5 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 22/2017 dated October 26, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 5).

Amendments and additions No. 4 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 13/2017 dated June 30, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 4).

At the same time, the changes made to SECTION 3. “Tariffs for credit transactions for individuals” of Appendix 1 to the Rules do not apply to loan applications accepted before the entry into force of these Amendments No. 4.

Amendments and additions No. 3 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 08/2017 dated April 28, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 3).

Amendments and additions No. 2 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 03/2017 dated February 24, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 2).

Amendments and additions No. 1 to the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 34/2016 dated December 19, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as Amendments and Additions No. 1).

These Amendments and Additions No. 1 come into force on January 3, 2017.

The rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) were approved by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 28/2016 dated September 30, 2016.

From the moment these Rules come into force, the Rules on the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations of the Subsidiary of the Joint Stock Company VTB Bank (Kazakhstan), approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank No. 38/2015 dated December 4, 2015, with amendments and additions No. 1, approved by the minutes of the Board of Directors No. 40/2015 dated December 31, 2015, with amendments and additions No.
