When receiving a loan (credit) from Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (the “Bank”), you assume responsibility for the proper fulfillment of obligations to the Bank, in case of non-compliance with which the Bank is entitled to take measures provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (including, but not limited to): accrual of forfeits (fines, penalties), foreclosure of money available in the borrower’s bank accounts, transfer of debt for pre-trial collection and settlement to a collection agency, as well as filing a claim in court.
