Settlement of overdue debts

When receiving a loan (loan) from Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (“Bank”), you accept responsibility for the proper fulfillment of obligations to the Bank, in case of failure to fulfill which the Bank has the right to take measures provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (including, but not limited to): charging a penalty (fine, penalty), foreclosure on the money available in the borrower’s bank accounts, transferring the debt to pre-trial link.
