VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) informs that according to clause 37, clause 38 of the Rules of general terms and conditions for conducting banking and other operations approved by the Board of Directors of the bank (decision No. 44/2022 dated October 21, 2022), the bank established following deadlines for making decisions on providing services, namely:

opening of current account (of the individual and/or legal entity)/correspondent account of the customer is executed after submission by the customer of the application and set of documents, and on the day of conclusion of the contract of current bank account/correspondent account between the customer and the bank according to positive results of the customer due diligence (except for a customer who is referred to the persons who have special relations with the Bank, and who is provided with services only after receiving a decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank);
deadline for making decisions on providing electronic banking services, depending on the type of banking product, is not more than fifteen (15) calendar days.
