VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) notifies that in accordance with clause 37, clause 38 of the Rules of the general conditions for conducting banking and other operations, approved by the Board of Directors of the bank (decision No. 44/2022 dated October 21, 2022), deadlines have been established for the bank to make a decision on the provision of services, namely:

the opening of a current account (individual and/or legal entity) / correspondent account of the client is carried out after the client submits an application, a package of documents and on the day of conclusion of a bank current account / correspondent account agreement between the client and the bank according to the positive results of due diligence of the client (with the exception of the client classified as a person related to the Bank by special relations, the service of which is provided only after receiving a decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank);
The deadline for making a decision on the provision of electronic banking services, depending on the type of product, is no more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days.
