Changes to the membership of the Board of Directors of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)
The Department of supervision over the banks of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan has approved Shaimardanov Ilnar Ilshatovich in a position of the member of the Board of Directors of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan). The decision was made on the basis of the positive test outcome.
Ilnar Shaimardanov was appointed to the member of the Board of Directors on 24 of February 2017. He also holds a position of Vice-President, deputy director of department, head of international business management of the Department of retail business strategy and development of VTB 24.
Ilnar Ilshatovich has many years of occupational experience in the financial and economic area. Previously he successfully managed such banking business segments as small and medium business, establishing of regional network, risk analysis; participated in may large-scale projects of international groups of banks. He is working in the structure of VTB group for more than 3 years.
- Today VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) entered very interesting period of its development: he has already found its niche in the market, enhanced its profile, created multi-branch network of affiliates across the country and now it launched its new development strategy, aimed at rise in business profitability.
