3. What are the requirements for an Internet banking password?
The length of the password in the Internet banking and Mobile business client systems is at least 8 characters, you must try to use a combination of capital letters, numbers and special characters;
The password is valid for 30 calendar days, password history is stored for 180 calendar days with matching control.
4. Enter the login in small letters or in capital letters?
The first letter is capitalized; all other letters are entered in small letters.
5. Where are the Instructions for re-issuing certificates in the new ILE located?

6. How long is the session timeout?
The session timeout is 10 minutes.

7. Notifications with yellow flags can be ignored, and red flags can be eliminated/solved?
Yes, non-critical comments that allow further processing and sending of the document (warnings) are highlighted with icons.
Blocking errors that prevent you from saving the document will be highlighted with icons.
8. What time do currency transactions take place?
If an Electronic Document is received within the operational time established by the Bank - on this operational day, if an Electronic Document is received after the operational time established by the Bank - on the next operational day.
- It is permissible to make an urgent payment/transfer, with payment to the Bank of a commission for making an urgent payment/transfer in addition to the main commission in the amount provided for in the Bank's Tariffs.
- upon receipt of the Electronic Document after the expiration of the operating time established by the Bank, it is permissible to make a payment/transfer during the business day of receipt of the Electronic Document with payment to the Bank of a commission in the amount provided for in the Bank's Tariffs.
9. Can I print a payment with a bank stamp?
You can print a payment document with the bank’s stamp only if the status is “Executed”.
10. Is it possible to send tax payments by urgent transfer?
Tax payments are not sent by express transfer.
11. What should I write in the payment instructions?
In the “Purpose of payment” field, the intended purpose of the document you are sending is indicated.
12. What is KBC?
KBK is a budget classification code, filled in only when paying taxes.
13. What is KNP?
KNP is a payment purpose code, used in payment documents, cash documents, sales receipts and others when making tax and other obligatory payments to the budget.
14. Is it possible to post instructions for selecting codes and KNP depending on the type of payment?
When filling out payment documents of a certain type, the system has checks, including KNI, a payment with an incorrect KNI will not go through.
15. Is it possible to post links to KNP directories and VO codes?
KNP directories and VO Codes are displayed in a drop-down list when filling out the “Order for currency transfer”.

16. When filling out an order for a currency transfer in rubles (RUB), in what language is the document filled out?
When making a ruble transfer, the document is filled out in Cyrillic.
17. Is it necessary to fill in the VO code?
The VO (currency transaction) code is entered if the transfer currency is Russian rubles (RUB).
18. What is a checkpoint?
Reason code for delivery for registration;
19. What is UNK?
UNK (contract account number) is the number of a foreign exchange agreement between two participants in export or import transactions.
The UNC can be obtained from your service manager.
20. What is a VIN code?
The VIN is the vehicle identification number and is filled in when submitting the vehicle tax.
21. Where can I view the invoice?
If available, in the “invoice” field, indicate the invoice number and the invoice date (you can specify it immediately in the purpose of payment).
Mobile banking
22. What payments can I create in Mobile Banking?
In Mobile Banking it is possible to create payments only in tenge (KZT):
- payments to the counterparty: payment for goods, work performed and services provided;
- making social, tax and other mandatory payments;
- transfer of wages to employee payment cards;
- payment of pension contributions to pension funds.
23. Can I activate Mobile Banking without having Internet Banking (web version)?
Yes, it's possible.
24. How can I find out the details of my MB account?
In MB you need to click on the Home button, then click on the Balance section for all accounts, select the account you need and click on it.
