Rules for the subsidizing interest for lending to agribusiness complex entities, as well as leasing for the purchase of farm animals, machinery, and technological equipment

NBRK base rate + 7.5%, of which 6% is paid by the entrepreneur, and the difference is subsidized by the state

Basic parameters Conditions

Participants

  • Entities of the agro-industrial complex (hereinafter referred to as the AIC);
  • Individuals or legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, including peasant (farmer) households).

Lending objectives

  • for the purchase of agricultural machinery, including mounted and trailed equipment*;
  • for the purchase of farm animals;
  • for the purchase of fixed assets, construction (excluding loans for the purchase of fixed assets for the production of flour, mineral water, and non-alcoholic beverages).

Interest rate

NBRK base rate + 7.5%, of which 6% is paid by the entrepreneur, and the difference is subsidized by the state.

Subsidy period

No more than the term of the loan.

The subsidy shall be accrued starting from January 1 of the year, in which the proposal for subsidy was submitted.
