VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) provides financing of entrepreneurs under the Program of Financing Regional Priority Projects of Small and Medium Enterprises “Damu Regions III”.

Target segment	Small and Medium Enterprises, which are such in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Loan term	No more than 84(eighty four) months
Lending purpose	working capital financing; acquisition of new fixed assets; upgrades of fixed assets
Branch of financing	Entrepreneurs complying with the terms and conditions of the State Program for Business Support and Development “Business Road Map - 2025” approved by the Decree of the RK Government No. 968 dated 24.12.2019.
Nominal rate of return on the Loan	No more than 14% (fourteen percent) per annum (AERR for 15%)
Loan currency	tenge
Additionally	Any borrowers, who got financing within the framework of the Program “Damu Regions III”, are entitled to submit an application for participation in the State Program for Business Support and Development “Business Road Map - 2025” in order to get the subsidization of partial rate of return on Loan and/or the guaranteeing
