On 14 June 2011 the Sole Shareholder of VTB Bank OJSC increased the authorized capital of SB VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC by KZT11 milliard.

Today the authorized capital of SB VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC amounts to KZT 20 milliard.
