Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) has launched mortgage lending

On the 26th of September 2011 the subsidiary bank of the largest Russian Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) SO JSC began to grant mortgage housing and commercial loans.

VTB08-0071.jpgAmount of a loan – from 1,5 million tenge up to 75 million tenge, mortgage loan may also be obtained in US dollar and Russian ruble. A loan is granted for a period from 12 months to 20 years.

A product, which is new for the Kazakhstani Bank VTB, was made on the basis of analysis of situation in the mortgage lending market. The Bank has already taken into consideration wishes of clients, conditions and tariffs of other banks, experience and technologies of retail Bank VTB24 (Russia), and has granted a loan, which is competitive and advantageous for private persons.
