The 1st birthday of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC SO Call-Center!

VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC SO Call-Center has celebrated its first birthday. The representatives of all subdivisions of the Bank have
come to congratulate the colleagues. Sergey Gussarov, Chairman of the Management, VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC SO, has also visited
the employees of Call-Center.

at one time I started my career from the Call-Center, therefore, I know from my own experience how it is difficult and responsible to work here. I wish you success, tolerance and career progress!

The Call-Center’s task is to consult the existing and potential customers as to all products and services offered by the Bank. The Call-Center employees sell the Bank’s products by phone. If you forgot to make next installment on the loan, you will be delicately reminded thereof. The Call-Center employees listen to all complaints of the customers and respond to each request.

And one beautiful day you may be congratulated on your birthday not only by relatives and friends but by VTB Bank employees as well. Generally, the Call-Center services’ range is very wide. The employees know about all campaigns held by the Bank and they may tell about
any product or service in details.

Call-Center work is constantly monitored. From the beginning of the year to the 1st day of November 297 241 calls were received by the Call-Center of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC SO. The average speed

It is planned to increase the working hours so that the customers of our Bank would always have the possibility to call and obtain the required information.
