News for all owners of international payment cards of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan). We offer you a new service - changing the PIN-code of the card via ATM.
Now Clients can independently change the PIN-code to any convenient digital combination from 4 signs.
The new service is available for all payment cards of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan), in 17 cities of the Republic, in any ATM of our Bank.
How to use the «Changing PIN code» service:
1. When servicing in the ATM of the Bank it is necessary to choose operation type «Changing the PIN-code»;
2. To enter your current PIN-code;
3. To enter the new PIN-code;
4. To re-enter the new PIN-code for confirmation;
5. PIN-code will be changed and then you may continue to work with the ATM.
Cost of the «Changing PIN-code» service – 300 tenge.
You can change the PIN-code on your card unlimited number of times.
