“Top Guarantee” – new bank product
VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) represents a new product for the corporate customers of medium and major business – “Top Guarantee”.
Top Guarantee is a bank product which will make it possible for the Bank’s customers to obtain the bank guarantee without additional pledge to secure the contract with a reliable debtor.
Top Guarantee product is rendering the following types of guarantees:
• Tender guarantee with the post-tender liabilities;
• Post-tender guarantee of obligations fulfillment;
• Performance guarantee (including – quality guarantee);
• Advance payment (prepayment) return guarantee;
• Advance payment intended use guarantee.
in the form of one-time issue and within the established limit for loaning of legal entities and residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan having valid contracts with major companies of the country.
One more advantage of the new products is the possibility to obtain guarantee for a term up to 2 years. A customer shall have the additional valid contracts as of the moment of guarantee issue.
