2nd anniversary of Contact Center of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)

08.11.2013 Customer Service Office of the Department of Retail Business Development of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) celebrated the 2nd anniversary of the launch of the Contact Center on November 8, 2013.

Members of the Board of the Bank and heads of structural divisions congratulated their colleagues.

Contact Center provides consultations on all interesting matters by telephone and by means of Internet. Employees in detail tell about banking products and services, congratulate customers on birthdays, remind of the day of loan repayment, in short, they are the «voice» of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).

During 10 months of 2013, Contact Center of the Bank has received more than 205 000 calls, the average consultation time per customer makes 1,44 minute. During the reporting period due to work of Contact Center, the Bank issued 631 loans in the amount of over one billion tenge, main share of loans is occupied by «Cash Loan» product – 84,6%.
