The number of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) payment cards holders went up by 46%
as of 25.02.2014 as compared with the same period of the last year.
The growth of the number of the Bank’s payment cards holders is promoted by several factors: Kazakhstan subsidiary VTB Bank offered the premium payments cards Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, introduced the flexible tariffs system for the payroll programs members and implemented new card services for the individuals accessible through the Bank’s ATMs and Internet-banking system (payment for mobile and utility services, current accounts management,
obtaining the information about cash balances and flows and etc.).
Dmitriy Yakovlev, Retail Business Development Advisor of the Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC SO, comments, “One of high-priority tasks in 2014 is to make the card infrastructure: issue and acquiring perfect. Being the issuer of widely used cards of VISA Int. international payments system, we render the services which allow our customers withdrawing cash in more than 6 thousand of the ATMs of VTB Group Single ATMs network in the territory of CIS and Georgia under the “home tariff”. This is one of the basic advantages for the holders of our Bank’s cards.”
The debit payment card account may be opened in Tenge, Russian Rubles, US Dollars or Euro, and the same of the credit card - in Tenge. The minimum commission for annual service of the payment card is 200 Tenge.
