VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) informs on increase in service providers in the system of Internet-Banking «Online VTB» for individuals
Following the results of the I quarter of 2014, number of users of Internet-Banking «Online VTB» of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has increased by 24% in comparison with the IV quarter of 2013.
Experts of the Bank note that in 2014 they expect a significant increase of customer base and popularization of banking services due to several factors, including improvement and implementation of new services allowing
customers to manage their accounts at the Bank remotely.
In April 2014 list of companies, services of which can be paid by means of the system of Internet-Banking «Online VTB», has expanded by more than 30 organizations, among which «Nursat» JSC, «Otis» LLP, «ALSI» LLP, «Beliy Veter KZ» LLP, «Shygysenergotrade» (EKR), «MAEK-Kazatomprom» LLP, «GorKomTrans for Karaganda city» LLP, «Oskemen Vodokanal» SOE, etc.

The greatest number of users is registered in Almaty - more than 64%, the most active users of online banking services live in the cities of Almaty, Astana and Karaganda.
Internet-Banking «Online VTB» of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) was launched in August Today users of this service can pay for mobile services and utilities, manage current accounts, obtain information on balances and movement of their funds. Customers also have an opportunity to submit an electronic application for reissue of payment card, opening / closing of term deposit or provision of bank loan.
