We inform you that new editions of contracts on opening of current accounts in the form of affiliation will be put in force beginning from July 9, 2014 in Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan):
Affiliation contract on opening of current account (for individuals)
Affiliation contract on opening of current account (for legal entities and their separate subdivisions (branches, representative offices))
Affiliation contract on opening of current account (for individual entrepreneurs, lawyers, notaries, private bailiffs, peasant (farm) households)
For affiliation to the above specified contracts, you should sign corresponding statement for affiliation to them according to form of the Bank at the place of servicing.
Forms of specified contracts and statements are placed in sections of «For legal entities» and «For individuals».
