Closer to the clients: VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) opened a new additional office in Karaganda city
Perfect service and high speed of services provision – that is how the work of new additional office of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) Karaganda city Branch was characterized by its first clients.
The Bank informed of the branch network extension at the beginning of 2014 within the frameworks of its new three-year Strategy of retail business development. The Bank has already opened new offices in Astana, Almaty, Taraz and Ust-Kamenogorsk in the second half of 2014. The additional premise in Karaganda located at the address: 15, N. Abdirov Str., became the fifth new office of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).
There were honored guests: Karaganda city Akim Aubakirov N.E., Director of Karaganda region Branch of the RK National Bank Mazhitov D.M., as well as the clients of the Bank – representatives of Kazcentrelektroprovod LLP, Avtostar Karaganda LLP, Asia Transit LLP and others at the opening ceremony.
Denis Tarasov, Director of Karaganda city Branch, VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC SO, “Each client will be able to obtain all types of the bank products in new office: settlement and cash services, exchange and transfer operations, loaning, acceptance of deposits and bank cards servicing. We pay much attention to opening of new points of service in all regions of the country in order to provide more Kazakhstanis with the access to reliable financial services.”
After ceremonial cutting the ribbon, the guests of the event were invited to the new office for celebratory standing buffet. Each guest wished the top management of the Bank successful activities and loyal clients. D. Tarasov, Head of Karaganda city Branch, noted that extension of the branch network would make it possible for the Bank to increase clients’ base and to become closer to each client. He summarized, “Increase of services quality, rapid decision-making and development of new products are the fundamentals of our successful activities.”
