09.12.2014 A new office of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) of “easy” format in Kokshetau city is located in the city business center at the address: 143, Abai Str. This is the second office of the Bank in Kokshetau city – the Bank’s Branch was opened here in August 2011.

Marlen Mukhamedzhanov, Director of Kokshetau city Branch of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC SO, said, “In “easy” format offices the Bank’s managers will provide the customers with information about the bank products and services in the conditions most comfortable for them. Everyone will be able to choose an individual offer on loans, deposits, payments cards and transfers of our Bank. Since there are no cash departments in the new office, the customers will perform any cash transactions through ATM with cash-in and cash-out functions. ”

A new format of bank servicing without use of the conventional cash departments will make it possible to provide high level of accessibility to the Bank’s products and services. M. Mukhamedzhanov noted, “The office of “easy” format will allow re-distributing the customers flows and reducing time to obtain the required services due to decrease of queues in the Bank’s Branch and immediate receipt of similar services in the network of “easy” format.”

Market representation in cities of Kazakhstan will provide an opportunity for VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) to become closer to the customers and to increase accessibility and promptness of bank services and products receipt.
