VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) notes increasing public interest in opening term deposits

10.04.2015 Term deposits of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) are in demand with the population - as evidenced by steady growth of deposit portfolio and dynamics of applications to the Bank. Since the beginning of 2015 Contact-center of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has processed more than 58 thousand customer calls, in comparison with the same period of the previous year number of calls has increased by 6%. On the average monthly Contact-center processes about 20 thousand calls from all over Kazakhstan.

The Bank constantly works on improving the terms of deposits in the part of profitability and placement period. In the beginning of February, customers were offered a special promotional offer, within the framework of which additional interest is accrued on «Savings» and «Accumulative» deposits.
