Randstad Award –is the only award in its sphere, which reflects the real opinions of people: that what they really think about oneor another company. Research is focused on three main points: brand awareness, its absolute and relative attractiveness as an employer.
150 employer companies from 15 significant sectors of the national economy, which are the largest by number of employees, have become the object of research in Russia. 9106 respondents from 8 federal districts of the Russian Federation have participated in online-survey. First of all, respondents have rated the importance of key criteria for choosing an employer, as well as answered to additional questions. Among them - behavior and preferences in the labor market, plans and reasons for changeof work, factors motivating to continue cooperation with current employer, modern channels ofsearching information about employment opportunities.
