VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has financed one of the most important objects of the Universiade 2017 in Almaty
VTB Group continues to actively financing of sports facilities. So, under preparation for the 28th World Winter Universiade 2017 in the Almaty city JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has financed a major sports facility - Ice Arena.
Construction of a sports complex with a rink "Ice Arena" has already begun in Medeu district of Almaty between Kuldzhin and Talgar tract on Eastern Bypass Road of Almaty (EBRA). The general contractor for construction of the facility serves a subsidiary of the group of companies «BAUR Kazakhstan» - LLC "Ariya-Zhana Astana".

The planned area of the sports complex - more than 17 thousand square meters. "Ice Arena" is designed for 3000 seats. Construction should be completed in December 2016.
