Information on the approval by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the reports on the Bank's securities placement results

The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On securities market" on May 12, 2015 approved the report on the second issue bond placement results within the first bond program of the Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) for the period from July 17 to January 17, 2015.
Bond issue was entered in the State register of equity securities under the number E71-2 (series C No. 000621) on June 17, 2014.
Issue is divided into 100,000,000 (one hundred million) unsecured coupon bonds with a nominal value of 100 (one hundred) tenge.
As of January 17, 2015 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) bonds of this issue have been placed.
