Call Center of VTB Bank Recognized as Best in Banking Area of Kazakhstan

09.09.2015 VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has topped the customer centricity rating among the banks of the republic according to the results of an independent research carried out by Margo&Partners Consulting Company.

Mystery shoppers evaluated work of call centers of Kazakhstan banks on several criteria which included rate of response to addressing by a customer, amiability, product expertise, eagerness to help a customer and other criteria. In the result of the poll VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) – the only second-tier bank among 19 banks analyzed, received the highest score on all items of the analysis.
