VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has topped the customer centricity rating among the banks of the republic according to the results of an independent research carried out by Margo&Partners Consulting Company.
Mystery shoppers evaluated work of call centers of Kazakhstan banks on several criteria which included rate of response to addressing by a customer, amiability, product expertise, eagerness to help a customer and other criteria. In the result of the poll VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) – the only second-tier bank among 19 banks analyzed, received the highest score on all items of the analysis.
