By the decision of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) Board of Directors dated November 30, 2015 as Dmitry Zabello was appointed to the post of the Chairperson of the Bank Management Board, previously he hold the position of VTB Bank Orenburg Region Directorate Head.
Commenting this appointment, the head of Subsidiaries Department - Senior Vice President of VTB Bank Mikhail Yakunin said: "We highly appreciate the long-term experience of Dmitry Aleksandrovich in the banking business and in VTB group and believe that this appointment will serve as a start for a new stage in the successful development of Subsidiary VTB Bank in Kazakhstan".

Dmitry Zabello has worked in the banking sphere over 24 years, including 11 years in the structure of VTB group.
