Mikhail Eduardovich Oseevskiy, Deputy President - Chairman of the VTB Bank Management Board is appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) by the decision of the Board of Directors of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) since March 15, 2016.
Mikhail Oseevskiy has many years of professional experience in the field of public administration and financial management; he has worked within the VTB Group for 4 years.
“Currently the VTB is a successfully developing international financial group with representative offices in 23 countries around the world. One of them is the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) - a major subsidiary organization of the group. We are planning to strengthen and expand business in this country by implementing the long-term development strategy of the group in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, - Mikhail Oseevskiy says.
Dmitry Zabello, Chairman of the Management Board of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan), while commenting the appointment of Mikhail Oseevskiy, noted that “the VTB subsidiary bank in Kazakhstan becomes strategically important structure of the group, which is entrusted with serious business development plans. This fact is confirmed by the circumstance that Mikhail Oseevskiy, Deputy President - Chairman of the Management Board of the VTB will represent the interests of the bank shareholder in Kazakhstan now”.
