The Commission under the NBRK for determining appropriateness of candidates for positions of managers of financial institutions, banking, insurance holdings, Insurance payments guarantee fund JSC agreed Mikhail Eduardovich Oseevsky for the position of the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Subdisiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan).
Mikhail Oseevsky was appointed as the Chairperson of the Bank's Board of Directors on March 15, 2016. He also holds the position of the Deputy President - Chairperson of the Management Board of VTB Bank - the parent organization of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).
Michael Eduardovich has many years of professional experience in the field of public administration and financial management. Previously he held the position of the Manager of St. Petersburg currency exchange CJSC, Vice Governor of St. Petersburg, Deputy Minister of economic development of the Russian Federation. He has worked within the VTB group structure 4 years. He has the state awards of the Russian Federation: Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” of II degree and the Order of Friendship.
