For the month of implementation of the UAPF (Unified Accumulated Pension Fund) program the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has spent over 500 million tenge

27.06.2016 The VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) has already funded the enterprises from economy sectors such as: production of construction materials, sales of food products and service sector. Each of the projects that received concessional loans from the UAPF funds has a significant impact on the economy in its region.

One of the first clients of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan), which has received financing under concessional terms and conditions become the Firm Asia LLP, the main directions of operation of which are construction, design and survey activity and production of construction materials. The company has been certificated on conformity to the international quality standards ISO 9001:2000. The amount of works carried out by the Firm Asia LLP over the last year, is more than 2 billion tenge.

- Within the framework of the state program of SME support from the UAPF funds our company has gotten a credit line of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) in the amount of 242 000 000 tenge. The received proceeds will be channeled to increasing the production capacity, as well as to the construction of buildings within the framework of won tenders for construction, the head of the Firm Asia LLP Saule Duskuzhanova said. -Business lending under the UAPF program is a very good tool for supporting small and medium-sized businesses in crisis conditions. A huge plus of this program is that apart from the preferential rates of lending, we get a possibility of government subsidizing a part of loan interest. Taking into account the financial instability in the world economy, in times of natural economic selection, when many construction companies fail, our company actively taking advantage of the state support programs and being guided by the Message of the President "Through crisis to development renewal" is aimed at further stable and progressive growth.

Within the framework of the UAPF program the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) gives out loans in tenge, for a period not exceeding 36 months at the nominal interest rate for the end borrowers not exceeding 19% per annum. The maximum loan amount depends on the economy sector, where the project will be implemented, namely: up to 4 500 000 000 tenge for projects implemented/planned for implementation in the priority sectors of the economy within the framework of the “Unified program for business support and development “Business road map 2020”; up to 750 000 000 tenge for the projects, without sectoral restrictions. At that the end borrowers may apply for participation in the Unified program for business support and development “Business road map 2020” in order to get subsidies and/or guarantee.

- The business financing program form the UAPF funds is interesting both to the Bank and the Bank end borrowers. The Bank has received additional liquidity and correspondingly a possibility to provide loans under preferential terms and conditions that is of strategic importance for the country's economy in crisis period. The end borrowers receive several advantages: a loan at reduced interest rates and a possibility to receive government subsidies for loan interest. In addition, the entrepreneurs will be able to refinance earlier received loans under more favorable terms and conditions," the Chairman of the Management Board of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) Dmitry Zabello said, - Another distinctive point of this program from other state programs is a possibility to subsidize SMEs unrelated to the priority sectors of the economy.
