Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) Provided 800 Million Tenge to Finance Project of Construction of Socially Significant Facility in Astana
Construction of a modern three-entrance apartment building with an underground parking lot, playground and landscaping in Astana City, at the crossing of Ainakol Street and No.23-17 Street, began in March 2016. The construction is carried using the latest technologies and high-quality materials. The developer has been able to skillfully combine quality, aesthetics and acceptable cost of the housing. All utilities of the complex are centralized. The project provides its own transformer substation, heat supply station, pumping station, automatic fire-extinguishing system, and alarm system for control of evacuation of the people. The utilities are made of high-quality materials using modern installation technologies. The equipment used in the project provides effective operation of the utilities and networks. Energy-saving technologies are also provided.
