According to the decision of the Board of directors of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) the Board of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) was added with the director of the Retail business development department of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) Dinara Zhakenova from September 26 2016 .
Dinara Kartaevna has been working in the VTB Group since June 2010 till the present. For that period she rose through the ranks of the Sales department head to the director of Retail business development department of the bank.
- Our bank is on the threshold of renewal. In the nearest future we will provide a new development strategy, for this period the Board needs a fresh but experienced view. I’m sure that Dinara Zhakenova will take a deserving position in the renewed composition of the executive body of the bank, - said Dmitriy Zabello, the Chairman of the Board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan).
Also according to the decision of the Board of Directors of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) the authorities of the following board members are ceased: director of Risks department Dinara Kalysheva and director of the Corporate business development department Asem Kenzhebek in connection with the change of job.
The chairman of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) board Dmitriy Zabello highly appreciated the contribution of Dinara Kalysheva and Asem Kenzhebek in becoming and development of the subsidiary VTB Bank in Kazakhstan and wished them further success.
