By the decision of VTB Bank (public joint-stock company), the sole shareholder of Branch Organization of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC dated November 14, 2016, the quantitative composition of the Board of Directors of the Bank was extended up to eight persons. Anna Viktorovna Shumeyko was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors.
Anna Shumeyko has long-term professional experience in the field of financial management. She has been working in the structure of VTB group since 2008. She is the Vice President, the Head of the Department for Development and Coordination of Medium Business of VTB Bank (public joint-stock company). She graduated from the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, the Higher School of Economics.
Commenting her assignment, Dmitry Zabello, the Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) noted: “Currently, VTB is successfully developing international financial group having its representative offices in 23 countries worldwide. One of them is VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) – the large branch organization of the group. Introduction of Anna Viktorovna into the Board of Directors occurred due to the strengthening of strategic approach to the work with medium business”.
