In autumn, 2015 the bank started the special offer “Outstanding worker of VTB” which is aimed at stimulation of its clients for more precise financial management. The participants of the special offer were borrowers which issued “Cash loan (unsecured)” in the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) for the period from October 1 to December 15, 2015 inclusively, for the period not less than one year. Clients who had no arrears within a year were guaranteed by the Bank with partial repayment from the amount of the issued loan.
313 clients of the bank took participation in the special offer, among which 147 persons fully observed the special offer conditions and received reimbursement. Total repayment amount was 9,184,750 tenge (including PIT).
- By starting the project “Outstanding worker of VTB” we would like it to learn our clients a proper financial planning and responsible fulfillment of obligations. We “gave an A mark” – returned 5%* of the amount of the issued loan to the most disciplined clients – outstanding workers. We are satisfied with the special offer results, almost half of our borrowers fulfilled conditions of timely debt return notwithstanding that the last year was difficult for many of them in financial terms, - said Dmitriy Zabello, the Chairman of board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan). – Allocation of family funds resembles in many ways assets management of any company. I hope that the special offer “Outstanding worker of VTB” helped our clients to understand that the family budget also requires planning and forecasting and it learnt them to have a responsible attitude towards own money.
