VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) starts financing of SME within the frame work of program the “Astana Business” program.

06.04.2017 On March 29, 2017, the bank signed a credit agreement with the DAMU Fund to participate in the Regional Business Finance Program of Astana City- “Astana Business” for the amount of KZT 200,000,000 for a period of 7 years.

Within this program, within 6 months starting from the receipt of funds, VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) will originate preferential loans to SME clients at a nominal interest rate of up to 8.5% per annum. The maximum loan amount for one entrepreneur is KZT 100 million.

We have successfully implemented many projects that provide significant support to the SME sector, says Dmitry Zabello, Chairman of the Board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan). - Our bank is focused on financing of the projects aimed at the development of the regions of Kazakhstan, therefore participation in such projects as “Astana Business” is our priority.

The Astana Business program provides a scheme for co-financing the Fund's resources and the Akimat of the capital and subsequent financing of SME in priority sectors for the region.

Capital entrepreneurs will be able to get a loan within the program if the purpose of the loan is to purchase a license, to purchase a franchise, or to purchase / modernize fixed assets and working capital financing for retail trade (except for car and motorcycle trade); For the restaurant business and food delivery services.
