Changes in the composition of the Management Board of VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

According to the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) since March 31, 2017 Nikolai Suganyaka, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) became the member of the Management Board of Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan).

Nikolay Vasilyevich has 25-year work experience in the banking sector, including 8 years, which he devoted to the VTB Group. Nikolay Suganyaka received three higher educations (Ukraine and the United States of America), is a candidate of economic sciences.

- Our Bank has started implementation of the new development strategy for 2017-2019; the retail business, currently supervised by Nikolai Vasilyevich occupies a special place in it. I am sure that the experience and knowledge of the new member of the Management Board in the field of development and implementation of banking products and services for natural persons will have a positive influence on the operation of the subsidiary of VTB in Kazakhstan, - said the Chairman of the Management Board of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) Dmitry Zabello.

Earlier Nikolay Suganyaka has successfully managed one of the biggest network banks in Ukraine; he showed a high efficiency in the field of anti-crisis management, strategic and operational planning, as well as in the development and implementation of new formats of banking points of sales and products for natural persons.
