Please, be hereby informed that from July 1, 2017 Subsidiary Bank VTB Joint Stock Company (Kazakhstan) (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) has started to issue invoices in the electronic form via the Electronic Invoice Information System (EIIS) in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 2008 No.99-IV “On taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget (Tax Code)” (as amended and supplemented) and effective Rules of circulation of invoices issued in the electronic form.
In accordance with Paragraph 2-2 of Article 263 of the Tax Code acceptance, processing, transfer and storage of invoices issued in the electronic form are carried out via the Electronic Invoice Information System.
In this connection the Bank no longer issues printed invoices.
