By the decision of the Board of Directors of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) dated December 22, 2017 Yuri Vladimirovich Mironov was appointed to the position of the Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board - Member of the Management Board of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan), who commenced his work on January 3, 2018. Earlier this position was occupied by Irina Igorevna Turaliyeva, who left her position due to the end of the contract and commencement of her own projects.
Yuri Vladimirovich has been working more than 15 years in the banking sector, including 11 years with the VTB Group. He has significant experience in the field of the treasury and stock market transactions management. He has higher economic education and holds MBA degree; he is a candidate of economic sciences.
Yuri Mironov passed the crisis of 2008/2009 as a head of the Bank Treasury. He was a member of the Central Treasury of the VTB Group.
Chairperson of the Management Board of the VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) Dmitry Zabello, commenting the appointment of Yuri Mironov, said: “We are delighted that our team will be reinforced by such a high-level specialist. Yuri Vladimirovich will oversee the financial block of the Bank, and I am sure that his experience will help us to bring the work of this sector to a new level and to complete all of the tasks set by the shareholders”.
