Please be informed that starting from 30.07.2018 when using debit cards of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) in POS – terminals of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC at the customs points, service fee shall be charged directly from the card holders, not the bank, as was formerly the case.
The tariffs that were charged earlier by VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) at the customs points are eliminated from 30.07.2018.
