Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) hereby, in accordance with item 1.8. of the Adhesion contract for opening of current account (for individual entrepreneurs, lawyers, notaries, private court bailiffs, peasant (farm) households, professional mediators) in Subsidiary VTB Bank JSC (Kazakhstan), approved by the Bank Management (minutes no. 19 dated May 16, 2017), as amended (hereinafter – Contract), notifies the Bank Clients, who joined this Contract and opened Current accounts upon its terms, on changes in the values of Bank Tariffs for payment services, rendered within the Contract, starting from December 15, 2018, namely:
1) commission fee for external transfer in national currency (KZT) across Kazakhstan (receipt of payment orders with current value date):
- before 12.30 Astana city time – 0.30% min 800 KZT max 3000 KZT;
- 12.30 Astana city time – 15.30 Astana city time – 0.35% min 1200 KZT max 5 000 KZT;
- after 15.30 Astana city time (if technically feasible for the Bank) – 0.45% min 2 500 KZT max 7 000 KZT;
2) commission fee for external transfer in foreign currency in favor of the clients of other banks (in hard copy):
a) in case of direction to charge the fee at the remitter’s expense (OUR option):
- in foreign currency, apart from US dollars (USD) and Russian roubles (RUB) – 0.30% min 20000 KZT max 130000 KZT;
- in US dollars (USD) with guaranteed receipt by the beneficiary of the whole amount of payment) – 0.30% min 20000 KZT max 130000 KZT;
b) in case of direction to charge the fee at the beneficiary’s expense (BEN/SHARE option):
- in foreign currency, apart from Russian roubles (RUB) – 0.25% min 5750 KZT max 70000 KZT;
3) commission fee for the receipt of payment orders outside operational time if technically feasible for the Bank (the fee is charged additionally to the overriding commission) for external transfers, including using Internet-banking system from 15.30 Astana city time, in foreign currency – 8625 KZT;
4) commission fee for the cash acceptance:
- acceptance and recount of cash banknotes and coins in national currency (KZT) during operational time, with the remittance of money to the Client’s Bank account on the same day basis – 0.3% min 600 KZT;
- all kinds of foreign currencies (except for currencies of CIS countries) – 0.35% min 800 KZT;
- cash in currencies of CIS countries – 0.35% min 800 KZT;
5) commission fee for the external transfer in foreign currency in favor of the clients of other bank (using Internet-banking system) in case of direction to charge the fee at the remitter’s expense (OUR option):
- in foreign currency, apart from US dollars (USD) and Russian roubles (RUB) – 0.30% min 12000 KZT max 100000 KZT;
- in US dollars (USD) with guaranteed receipt by the beneficiary of the whole amount of payment) – 0.30% min 15000 KZT max 120000 KZT.
The aforementioned Tariffs are subject to application upon expiration of three business days after the publication date of this notification. Within the specified period, you are entitled to send the letter of renunciation to the Bank, signed by your authorized representative.
Please be aware that according to item 1.8. of the Contract, non-receipt by the Bank of the letter of renunciation, signed by your authorized representative, on the third day after publication of notification, shall imply your consent with the value of Bank Tariffs for payment services, rendered within the Contract, and shall be conclusive evidence of your expressed will for the use of the Current account under changed conditions. Such consent shall be recognized as complete and unconditional.
