Corporate and investment division of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) provided financing for company-wide purposes to one of the leading mobile operators in Kazakhstan, Kcell JSC. In the beginning of February 2019, Kcell and VTB entered into agreement for opening of a credit line for 5 billion KZT for the period of 12 months. Kcell JSC intends to invest the money to finance the working capital, including refunding of debt to other banks.
