Dear Clients, please, be aware that Scammers who call from the numbers of contact centers or card services of banks and report on winnings in nonexistent promotions have activated in banks of Kazakhstan. After that, the scammers, allegedly for identification of the client, ask for confirmation the identity data, payment plastic card data, etc.
Stay alert! Bank will never ask for your personal information (username and password, answers to code and control questions, plastic payment card No., PIN codes, CVV) by phone, sms, and other any electronic communication channels. Never disclose this information remotely!
