By the decision of the board of directors of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) dated 23 December 2019, the powers of the deputy chairman of the board – the member of the board of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) Yuri Vladimirovich Mironov were terminated due to his transfer to another position within the VTB Group.

Yuri Mironov has been working in the banking sector for over 16 years, of which 12 years for VTB Group. He has significant experience in treasury management and stock market operations. He has a higher economic education and an MBA degree, and is a candidate of economic sciences. Dmitry Zabello, the Chairman of the Board of VTB (Kazakhstan), praised the contribution of Yuri Vladimirovich into the subsidiary bank development and wished him further success.
At present, the board of directors of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) includes the following persons: Deputy Chairman Artem Salavatovich Badykov, the Head of the Bank's Retail Unit; Igor Valeryevich Li, the Deputy Chairman, supervising small and medium-scaled businesses and Dmitry Alexandrovich Zabello, the Chairman of the Board.
