Comfort and safety of the VTB Group’s clients and employees is an overarching priority in our work, therefore we are introducing a number of measures to mitigate any possible risks so that they could stay calm.
We understand how important it is for our clients to have a free access to their finances, therefore we inform you that the departments of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) are working to a regular schedule, from 09:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 15.00 on Saturdays. All the Bank’s ATMs function in a routine mode.
The bank constantly ensures performance of all the required preventive measures in its departments: disinfection is performed during the day in the offices, the specialists use disinfecting agents when working with documents and banknotes. The users are able to perform the majority of transactions online: both individual and entities.
Besides, all the large-scale meetings of VTB business units are switched to conference call mode. We regularly inform the personnel on the anti-viral recommendations of the RoK Ministry of health and strongly request to observe them. Additional measures on disinfection of premises, especially customer service areas, are introduced in the bank. The employees that are not working directly with the clients are able to switch to remote format.
We monitor the situation and do our best to ensure comfortable servicing of the clients and work of our employees.
